Description of the Role

Classic CDJR Lancaster is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems accurately.
• Follow established repair procedures and guidelines.
• Complete repairs efficiently within timeframes.
• Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about findings and repair recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
