Qualifications

Position

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi‑Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; immediately notify the Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time are needed
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles
