Job summary

Lewis Automotive Group in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and complete advanced repairs using modern diagnostic tools.

You will test drive and inspect vehicles to ensure workmanship meets quality standards, document findings, and communicate with service advisors. ASE certifications and a valid driver's license are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram vehicles is a plus.
• ASE certifications are highly valued.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Complete advanced repairs including engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and braking.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
• Test drive and inspect vehicles to ensure quality standards are met.
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors.
