Job summary

Lewis Automotive Group in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and more in a fast-paced shop. This full-time role offers paid on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement into automotive technician positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Previous lube technician experience is a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and tire pressure inspections
• Fluid level checks and top-offs
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and bulbs
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings to the Service Advisor
• Complete repair orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow manufacturer and dealership quality and safety standards
• Work alongside experienced technicians and service advisors as part of a professional team

Skills

Valid driver's license

ASE certifications

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements
