Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team at Champion Ford Sales. This is a flat rate role ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about vehicle diagnostics and repairs. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment performing maintenance and repair work on a wide range of Ford vehicles, using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and factory resources.

Job Type

• Full-Time

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday availability with a rotating schedule

Pay

• Pay will be determined based on previous qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend the correct repairs using diagnostic equipment

• Service vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and more

• Test-drive vehicles to verify problem resolution

• Communicate directly with Service Advisors about additional work or parts needed

• Complete warranty repairs in line with Ford standards and manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred

• Ford Certification preferred

• ASE Certification a plus

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Positive attitude and team-focused approach

• Willingness to learn new technology and stay current with manufacturer updates
