Job summary

Product Test Account North (Auto) seeks an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair various vehicle systems. You will perform work on repair orders, test vehicles with diagnostic tools, and communicate any additional services needed with estimated repair times.

Warranty work must meet manufacturer specifications. The ideal candidate has ASE certification, at least 2 years of technician experience, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude, eager to improve.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Teamwork and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
