Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician to join our service team in Carrollton, GA. You will perform diagnostics, services, and repairs in a fast-paced dealership environment, ensuring work is completed right the first time.

The role requires owning your tools, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to read schematics. ADAS/diesel experience is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Join Our Team of Skilled Automotive Technicians!

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. If you take pride in quality work, thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, and believe in getting the job done right the first time - this is your lane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, services, and repairs in accordance with Ford and industry standards
• Complete accurate multi-point inspections and properly document findings
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and return vehicles in clean condition
• Properly use and maintain personal tools and shop equipment
• Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management
• Follow all safety protocols, including team lifting procedures
• Complete all required Ford training and stay current on technical updates and bulletins
• Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support additional service operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Ford experience preferred
• Must have own tools
• Strong diagnostic skills with experience in powertrain and general repair
