Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.

Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed and provide repair estimates.

Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
