Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes in Louisville, KY is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis. You will perform essential tire services and basic vehicle maintenance, with paid training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Dismounting, mounting, balancing tires, oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections are part of the role as you work alongside experienced technicians to build hands-on skills in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
