Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Charlotte, NC area service centers. We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay, and weekly incentives as part of a path for career growth within the Mavis Tire family.

As a General Service Technician you will perform tire services, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, while ensuring safety and quality. Prior automotive experience is helpful but not required, with on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
