Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Service Technician to join our Service team in Wake Forest, NC. We welcome candidates with Hyundai experience or from other brands who want to advance their skills and career.

Training, resources, and opportunities for growth are provided by Johnson Automotive. As a technician, you will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to meet dealership standards while documenting findings and communicating with Service Advisors.

Qualifikationen

• Automotive maintenance and/or repair experience appropriate to the position.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work accurately and efficiently in accordance with repair orders and manufacturer procedures.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform necessary repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair status with Service Advisors.
• Collaborate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and service recommendations.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty procedures.
• Road-test vehicles to verify customer concerns after repairs.
• Utilize service bulletins, diagnostic equipment, and other resources.
• Participate in required manufacturer and dealership training.
