Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily operations and lead the location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Schedule team members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store and ensure compliance with safety policies.
