Big Brand Tire & Service in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical findings into clear recommendations, and upsell tires, wheels, repairs, and services. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, document findings, and help maintain showroom standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver's license + ability to lift 70 lbs
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends
