Job Overview

As an Automotive Service Sales Advisor/Estimator with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will play a critical role in our automotive shop, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and their vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a significant role in building relationships with our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
  • Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guest
  • Present the best solution to properly repair our guest’s vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand
  • Help manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
    Review technician inspections, notes & recommendations
  • Estimate repairs and services based on technician recommendations
  • Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
  • Build relationships with part supply vendors, tool vendors, and all external vendors effectively
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
  • Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
  • Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing guest service activities
  • Shuttle guests as needed in the CBA-branded vehicle
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications
  • Works together as a team andassists other employees as needed
  • Other duties asassigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills:Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with technicians, guests, and other team members to ensure that everyone is in sync
  • Customer service skills: Must have strong customer service skills to answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure that guests are satisfied with the work that is performed on their vehicles
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficientin Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications
  • Willingness to be coached andattitude of humility
  • Drive for success anda desire to grow
  • A background in a Customer Service, Sales, or Project Management role would be successful in this position
  • Previous experience in an Automotive Sales, Advisor/Writer, or Sales/Estimatorposition preferred
  • Experience using Tekmetric
Physical Requirements
  • Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm
  • Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
  • Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
