Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed.
• Assist technicians and service advisors with moving vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Maintain an organized and clean service drive, technician workspaces, parking areas, and service department.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and assist with vehicle preparation.
• Wash and clean customer vehicles after service when required.
• Check vehicles for personal belongings and report any concerns to the appropriate service advisor.
• Assist technicians with shop-related tasks and general vehicle maintenance duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, work areas, and shop facilities.
• Retrieve and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and guidelines.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
