Position Overview

The Service Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle area, assisting with vehicle cleaning and property maintenance, and supporting the service department operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good work ethic, organization skills, and a positive attitude

Education and Experience

• No retail experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain neatness of the service vehicle lot and move cars as directed
• Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including engine cleaning
• Assist technicians and support department cleanliness and organization
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Follow safety protocols and complete required training
• Perform property maintenance and groundskeeping
• Drive shuttle vehicles and park service vehicles
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Work in a loud environment
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and handling tools
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to fumes and chemicals
