Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is seeking a dependable Service Porter to join our busy automotive service team in Massillon, Ohio. The role focuses on greeting customers, moving vehicles safely, and supporting service advisors and technicians throughout the day.

Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, customer-focused, and able to work indoors and outdoors. Previous dealership experience helps but is not required; training and growth opportunities are available within a modern dealership

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience as a Service Porter or similar is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Move customer vehicles safely throughout the service department and dealership.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for service customers.
• Organize vehicles in designated service and parking areas.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup following completed service.
• Help maintain an organized service drive and parking area.
• Transport vehicles between dealership departments when necessary.
• Assist with dealership vehicle pickups and deliveries as assigned.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Check vehicles for obvious damage and report concerns to management.
• Help maintain the appearance of customer and dealership vehicles.
• Follow dealership safety procedures when operating vehicles.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and dealership employees.
• Perform additional service department support duties as needed.
