Job summary

Porsche Long Beach is seeking a Service Porter to support our service department and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will help maintain vehicle appearance, perform safety checks, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates have a valid California driver's license, a clean driving record, and are comfortable driving manual transmissions. We offer strong benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience driving a manual transmission strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
