Balise Motor Sales is seeking a Service Greeter/Valet to warmly welcome guests at Hyundai Springfield. You will guide customers to departments and share information about services while maintaining a professional front-desk presence.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced dealership setting, plus the ability to assist with light administrative tasks and support vehicle-related processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain state inspection certification if needed.

Job Description

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Guide customers to the appropriate departments and provide general information about our services.
• Perform state inspections and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
• This position may require up to 10% travel
