Job summary

Germain Toyota of Columbus is hiring an Automotive Service Porter to maintain the appearance and organization of the service lot and to support service staff for a seamless customer experience.

You will move vehicles, assist with preparation like washing and vacuuming, and keep areas tidy while following safety protocols. This is a full-time role with Monday through Saturday shifts and pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely on lot and public roads.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in automotive services or porter roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles between service bays, customer parking, and the lot to optimize workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and surrounding areas.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including washing, vacuuming, and inspecting vehicles.
• Support service advisors and technicians as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly secured and parked in designated areas.
