The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the shop and also sell repairs to clients to meet sales goals.

EARN: $63,000 - $77,000 plus Monthly & Quarterly Incentives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • At least 2 years of automotive shop management experience.
  • At least 1 year experience as a service advisor or demonstrated sales ability.
  • Proven leadership skills including interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, and termination.
  • Experience with performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues proactively.
  • Basic math skills for managing financial reports, discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • Experience managing a P&L and understanding key line-item impacts.
