Big Brand Tire & Service in California is seeking a Manager In Training to grow into Store Manager leadership. You will open/close, guide daily operations, and ensure a safe, efficient shop while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead a busy service team, develop staff, handle estimates, and drive service sales across tires, brakes, and maintenance. The role offers clear progression, team‑oriented culture, and growth opportunities within a nationwide automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the shop, set daily plan, keep area safe and efficient.
• Greet customers, build estimates, explain work clearly, close sales confidently.
• Bridge between technicians and customers; translate inspections into recommendations.
• Develop the team; coach advisors and techs, reinforce processes, address gaps.
• Run the business: inventory, ordering, cash handling, POS, scheduling, KPI tracking, OSHA/EHS.
• Cover the deck when the Store Manager is out; model elite standards each shift.
