Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts or tire sales, automotive repair and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day store operations and supports the Store Manager.
• Schedules and coordinates mechanics and technicians.
• Manages outside orders and service workflow to ensure timely service.
• Helps ensure quality and timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Supports policies, procedures, and safety standards; delivers excellent customer experience.
