The successful candidate will supervise service personnel, manage inventory, and maintain safety standards. Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities

• Directly works with customers in areas of sales and service.
• Creates a motivated team environment.
• Supervises technicians and service personnel.
• Coaches service department teammates on operations.
• Evaluates performance and productivity of service personnel.
• Manages parts inventory and outside purchases.
• Ensures store safety and compliance with procedures.
• Conducts inspections as necessary.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor/Writer role
