Tucker Tire in Covina, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead a fast-paced service team. You will train, coach, and motivate technicians and advisors to deliver world-class repairs and service.

Bridge between mechanics and customers, explain repairs, and close sales while driving store performance. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to growth within the store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Self-starter with results, accountability, and growth mindset.
• Open availability, including weekends, to lead during peak times.

Responsibilities
