CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Manager / Service Director to lead high‑performing service departments across nationwide dealer partners in the U.S. and Canada.

The role focuses on profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage daily service operations, oversee advisors and technicians, and drive service growth through effective leadership and KPI management.
