United Access is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a high-performing service team focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer care. You will oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure top service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive/service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• DMS experience required (DealerTeam preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow.
• Manage and develop Service Technicians.
• Drive service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory.
• Partner with Sales and Parts teams to support store success.
