Job summary

Nielsen Ford of Morristown is seeking a friendly and dependable Service Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, schedule service appointments, and process payments while supporting the service department's daily operations.

Location: Morristown, New Jersey. Full-Time, On-site. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm. Compensation: $18 per hour, paid weekly. Equal opportunity employer with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience in customer service, receptionist, or cashier roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, directing them to the right service advisor.
• Answer calls professionally and take accurate messages.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments with the service team.
• Process payments by cash, card, or check and issue receipts.
• Maintain tidy reception and waiting areas and assist with clerical tasks.
