Job summary

MINI in Madison is seeking an entry-level Service Assistant to support the service team. You will help move vehicles, maintain lots, and assist with road tests, car washes, and vehicle retrieval after billing. The role offers training and opportunities to learn the automotive trade.

Ideal for a reliable, safety-conscious candidate who can work well independently or as part of a team. On-site, full-time position with a dynamic work environment and great customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions

Responsibilities

• Move service customer vehicles in/out of the service drive for safe and efficient traffic flow
• Maintain an orderly service parking area
• Assist with road testing vehicles
• Drive vehicles to and from car wash
• Retrieve customer vehicles from parking lot when billed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
