Job summary

Bob Smith MINI BMW in Calabasas is seeking an enthusiastic Porter for our busy Service Department. You will move customer vehicles, assist on the Service Drive, and help maintain a clean, efficient front line to keep traffic flowing.

We value self-starters with strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to follow directions. Base hourly pay ranges from $18 to $23, with opportunities for a production bonus based on performance in a drug-free, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to keep service drive traffic flowing.
• Install protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc) and tags on vehicles brought in for service.
• Greet and assist clients on the Service Drive.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Retrieve customer vehicles at time of pickup.
• Maintain the external appearance and cleanliness of the service drive.

IMMEDIATE FULL TIME positions available for our BUSY, HIGH END, AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP as a PORTER in our SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE a PLUS-PLUS.

DRIVING, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, ABILITY TO FOLLOW DIRECTION-ALL duties required.

Compensation: Wages include Base Hourly Compensation between $18.00 and $23.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
