Way Scarff Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department's Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery Program.

This position involves providing exceptional customer service while safely transporting customer vehicles between their homes, businesses, and our dealership.

For the right candidate, this position also offers the opportunity to take a leadership role in managing and growing our Pick-Up & Delivery Department.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent driving skills, communicates effectively, and works well with fellow employees.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.

• Must work well with fellow employees and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving and insurance record.

• Valid Washington State driver's license.

• Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles.

• Professional, courteous, dependable, and punctual.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and coordinate with service personnel.

• Experience driving 15–20 passenger buses or Class 5 trucks is a plus (appropriate licensing required).

• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible overtime for full-time positions.

Department Leadership Opportunity
