A leading automotive coaching organization is seeking a Service Department Coach to partner with dealership teams across the U.S. You will train managers and staff, identify profit leaks, and lead cultural transformation in service departments. This role requires extensive travel (up to 3 weeks per month) and a strong background in service management. Excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching are essential.
Location: Remote; Travel Required – up to 3 weeks per month. Compensation: $130,000–$215,000 annually (based on experience and performance; Senior Coaches have the potential to exceed $200K).

You’ll be on-site with dealerships across the U.S. and Canada, delivering hands-on coaching and tactical implementation. It’s not consulting from a PowerPoint—it’s in-the-trenches transformation. Note: There is a component of virtual coaching, and you’ll also work shoulder-to-shoulder with dealerships in person.
