Byrider is hiring a Service Assistant in Dayton, OH to support the service team and keep the shop running smoothly. No extensive automotive experience required; training is available.

You will work Monday through Friday, with a competitive hourly wage and a monthly bonus potential. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, ordering parts and shop supplies, completing repair orders, and assisting the Service Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Automotive customer service is a plus.
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer service appointments.
• Order parts.
• Order shop supplies & bill out accordingly.
• Complete service repair orders.
• Assist the Service Manager and General Manager.
