This is not a slow front desk role. This shop runs at a high level, with experienced leadership, exceptional service advisors, and more customer demand than most shops ever see. We need someone who can keep up with the pace, create a great first impression, and help keep the front counter running smoothly from the first call of the day to the last customer interaction.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with customers throughout the day
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a warm, helpful presence in a busy environment
• Comfort balancing customer interaction with scheduling, data entry, and administrative follow-through
• Ability to shift between tasks as priorities change during the day
• Confidence using office systems and handling scheduling, documentation, and routine front-office processes
• Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative, reception, front desk, or service support role preferred
• Automotive, dealership, or repair shop experience is helpful, especially in a high-volume environment
• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours, is required.
• Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations
