Job summary

Allen Honda is expanding its Service Department in College Station, TX and seeks a dependable service porter to help move vehicles and assist customers. The role requires Saturday availability and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Service Advisors, assisting customers pulling in, and transporting vehicles to and from service bays. This position provides growth opportunities within a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete assigned tasks.
• Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they pull their vehicles in for service
• Connect customers with the Service Advisor, Cashier or Parts Department as they arrive
• Drive assigned customer vehicles into shop or parking lot as directed
• Retrieve loaner vehicles for customers as needed; ensure the loaner vehicle is clean and in good working condition and sufficient gas mileage
• Perform visual inspections of customer vehicles by checking seat, floor mat & door panels to ensure no grease or dirt marks
• Deliver the vehicle & keys to customer in a courteous manner & thank them for their business
• Assist advisors with vehicle walk around for returned loaner vehicles and gather fuel level & mileage for accurate check in.
• Perform other duties as assigned
