Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer nonpublic information.
• Inspect service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Transfer information from hard copies to digital records, reconcile repair orders.
• Calculate charges for materials, parts, labor, and taxes accurately.
• Maintain effective labor rate control forms as directed.
• Handle daily cash transactions and control the money box.
• Manage keys, return customer keys upon bill payment, and direct customers to their vehicles.
• File repair orders as per management instructions.
• Answer and transfer service department calls, take messages when needed.
