Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT in Portland, OR is hiring a Service Advisor Assistant / Lot Porter to support the busy service department. You will greet customers, manage vehicle flow, and assist service advisors while staying active and engaging with customers daily.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with daily customer service and administrative tasks.
• Greet customers and help direct them through the service process.
• Move, park, and organize customer vehicles on dealership property.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive and lot.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Support service department operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document basic vehicle information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.
• Help maintain a safe and professional work environment.
