Job summary

Vern Eide Motorcars, an employee-owned dealership serving the Sioux Falls area, seeks an Automotive Service Assistant to transport guests and parts. The role may be part-time (12 pm – 5 pm) or full-time, with a pay rate of $17 per hour.

You will move vehicles, assist customers, and perform related tasks in a dynamic setting. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, be able to lift heavy objects, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Delivering guests and parts to locations within the Sioux Falls area.
• Moving vehicles from service drive and parking them.
• Moving vehicles (customers and inventory) to different dealerships.
• Washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Fueling up new inventory and preparing them for sale by removing plastic.
• Cleaning the service drive floor and car wash.
• Cleaning and checking in loaner cars and inspecting for damage.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Automotive Service Assistant

Location: Vern Eide Acura
Hours: Part-time (12 pm – 5 pm), or Full-time
Pay: $17/ hour

We are excited to welcome a new member to our growing team: an Automotive Service Assistant who will assist in the transportation of guests and parts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering guests and parts within the Sioux Falls area, along with various assigned tasks. This position pays $17/ hour and will be either part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday.
