As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.

Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest's vehicle in an understandable way
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently
• Consistently and effectively sell our services without compromising honesty and integrity
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
• Communicate clearly and professionally on the phone
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and our customers
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities
• Shuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicle
• Ensure all repairs meet proper specifications
• Work as a team and assist other employees as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications
• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service or Service Advisor/Sales role

Physical Requirements

• Dependability and reliability for a schedule Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
• Standing, walking, and coordinating parts for most of the workday
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
