Ken Garff St. George Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor who embodies respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. You will greet customers, assess service needs, provide updates and estimates, and support sales of additional services while maintaining precise records.

The role emphasizes a friendly, fast-paced environment with strong teamwork, competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Ken Garff network.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly and courteously, aiming to satisfy inquiries
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information

What you’ll do as a Service Advisor:

• - Greet all customers promptly and professionally


• - Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate


• - Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner


• - Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry


• - Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer


• - Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer’s service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information


• - Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer
