A full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Will County Area communities is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. Expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.

Compensation & Location

• Earn: $18.00 - $22.50 Hourly + Monthly Incentive Plan
• Location: Will County Area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Commitment to honesty, transparency, and outstanding work in customer service
• At least 1 year of Service Writer/Advisor experience or similar
• Respectful relationship-building with Technicians
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales experience of 1+ years or demonstrated leadership abilities
