Compensation Overview

Average compensation for this position is commission-based, starting from $40,000, with top performers earning up to $100,000.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with service needs and promote additional services
  • Take ownership of the customer’s experience and leave a positive impression
  • Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service preferred but not required
  • Valid state driver’s license required to operate customer or company vehicles
  • Ability to manage others effectively
  • Proven record of service and sales success
  • Strong customer satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently
