We are a top nationally ranked dealer alternative automotive repair company with 10 locations in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional customer experience by actively listening and accurately identifying vehicle concerns.
• Create detailed and accurate repair orders using effective service writing techniques.
• Clearly communicate recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Confidently recommend additional services based on vehicle condition while maintaining honesty and transparency.
• Collaborate closely with technicians to prioritize workflow, monitor repair progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee a wide range of services, including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, transmission work, suspension, alignments, tires, diesel systems, and more.
• Maintain accurate service records, including customer history and repair documentation.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor (required).
• Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and service operations.
• Broad mechanical knowledge, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, diesel engines, shocks & struts, and brakes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer‑friendly manner.
• Proven ability to upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high‑volume environment.
• Solid customer service skills with a focus on relationship building and retention.
• Proficiency in service management systems and repair documentation.
