You’ll be the liaison between customers and technicians, helping with tires, repairs, warranties and more while documenting findings and maintaining showroom standards.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, strong communication, and teamwork, with weekends and flexible hours supporting busy shop flow.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customer and technician and translate advice clearly.
