Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor position!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors. This includes reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs, recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position allowing you to work remotely within the Kansas City, MO / KS area or surrounding counties. Our department operates Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range for this position is $25.34 to $27.34 per hour, with pay determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

Additional compensation includes:

• Weekend and evening shift differential (up to $2.00/hour)
• An extra $0.25/hour for each current ASE certification in the following list: A1-A9, T1-T8, E1-E3, L1-L3, F1, G1, C1, & X1

Applicants must have a minimum of four (4) current, approved ASE certifications. No expired ASE certifications will be considered.

Responsibilities include:

1. Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners via phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner.
2. Review proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturer recommendations, intervals, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.
3. Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing, assess warranty and post-warranty applications, create purchase orders, and explain operating procedures to clients, groups, and vendors.
4. Analyze clients' business needs and repair orders to develop solutions; contact clients to provide recommendations, explain procedures, and obtain approval.
5. Identify opportunities for full maintenance service proposals, repairs charged to clients, and vehicle cycling opportunities, then communicate these to internal teams and leadership.
6. Handle calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest proper, cost-effective service locations for clients.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must reside in Kansas City, Missouri, Kansas, or surrounding counties.
3. Must have a minimum of 4 current, approved ASE certifications.
4. Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
5. Two (2) years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience required.
6. Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
7. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Willing to accept starting pay range of $25.34-$27.34 per hour.
9. Ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements.
10. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
