International Cars Ltd in Danvers, MA is seeking a full-time experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will schedule appointments, set up warranty work, and analyze service needs while writing complete cost estimates for labor and parts in a busy dealership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years direct Automotive Service Advisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.
