Job summary

AutoShop Recruiting partners with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire an Automotive Service Advisor for a busy Peoria shop. The role emphasizes customer trust, clear repair recommendations, and managing the full shop workflow in a high-volume environment.

The position offers a strong base plus uncapped incentives, a heavy pipeline of tire and mechanical work, and a modern independent environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of professional service-advisor, automotive-sales, or high-volume tire retail experience preferred.
• Strong sales mindset and closing skills are important.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document service concerns thoroughly.
• Educate customers using DVIs to close high-dollar repair recommendations.
• Prepare estimates and source aftermarket/OEM parts from multiple vendors.
• Coordinate work orders with technicians to keep shifts productive.
• Close repair orders, process payments, and address customer concerns to protect the shop’s reputation.
