This role offers $80k–$120k annually based on experience, plus health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and document vehicle issues.
• Verify warranty coverage and service contracts.
• Generate service order estimates and quotes from a parts menu.
• Explain service processes, costs, and timeframes to customers.
• Monitor repair progress and inform customers when ready.
