Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer (dealership experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills — both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Experience using dealership management systems.
• Bi-Lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and care.
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information.
• Clearly explain service recommendations, pricing, and time estimates.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians and parts departments.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review work orders for accuracy before customer pick-up.
• Promote additional maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
