Qualifications

• Background and drug screen required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and perform a vehicle walk-around.
• Acknowledge problems and services needed; clarify issues with customers.
• Prepare repair orders and obtain approvals; enter data accurately.
• Explain estimates and completion times; obtain customer approvals.
• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions to customers.
• Develop estimates for parts, materials and labor.
• Maintain vehicle records of service and repairs.
• Communicate updates to technicians and parts staff.
